GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH!

I never thought I would find myself in favor of legalizing Cannabis much less any other drugs. As far as Cannabis goes, I've known many people over my life that have been smokers/consumers of Cannabis. For the most part, I would say they were fairly descent people, no different from any others. All different races, cultures, etc… The one common denominator is that they all consumed Cannabis for one reason or another.

The war on drugs has primarily targeted the consumers of cannabis. I say consumers because the word users has a negative connotation to it and abuse is virtually impossible. Anyway, back to the war on drug and the Federal agencies primary targets. Why do they target the Cannabis users? Simple, Cannabis is the single most widely consumed substance. Of all drug busts roughly 75% or more are for Cannabis

I used to support the war on drugs without a second thought. With every bust reported on the news I would smile thinking these federal agents were making our country safer. Now I have never turned anyone in for drugs. I've always gone by the live and let live policy. Everyone gets what's coming to them soon or later and I have no desire to increase my karmic debt.

So, now what has occurred to make me change my mind? I read a report about a drug raid that was accidentally performed on the wrong home. Then I thought holy crap, some cops are gonna lose their badges over that, The cops terrorized the family. Deliberately shot and killed the family pet and laughed about it. Making jokes to further torture the family's children. Nothing happened to the out of control police officers! We always say what about the kids, gotta keep drugs prohibited for the kids sake. I started researching into prohibition further.

What I found was disturbing. Our government is maintaining a prohibition that was passed by congressional committee based upon untrue racist claims and lies that demean us as US citizens. Now we have a black president that is maintaining this prohibition that was designed to control the minority races. This was back in the late 1930's; have we not educated ourselves beyond the ignorant white supremacist ideologies of that era? A black president maintaining a racist prohibition? Really, in what universe does that make sense?

Hillary Clinton says there is no way the US can end prohibition, there is too much money in it for the politicians and the rich of course. Now how can the politicians be making money from prohibition…. I had to think on this a while. I finally concluded that they had to be "recycling" the drugs by putting them back on the black market and selling them. Maybe they even keep some for themselves, who drug tests the politicians? But wait….

What does it take to support a war on drugs? Weapons, ammunition, specialized vehicles, body armor and uniforms for the troops. Storage facilities for equipment, impound facilities for vehicles and other confiscated items. It's the behind the scenes opportunities where money is being made as we all know all the suppliers bid for their services and are awarded exclusive contracts. How many politicians are getting profits from these contracts of opportunity for support services for the war on drugs?

So the federal agencies are making the politicians rich on both ends of the spectrum. Supplying weapons to Mexico, which almost immediately go to the Cartels. Recycling confiscated drugs and forfeiture of asset auctions that they get even more money from. Now Jessie Ventura and his conspiracy theory show, followed some of the things our government has been doing that all tie in together with the movement for legalizing and regulating drugs to end the drug war. These so-called FEMA camps that Jessie found that our government is paying for via legislation the co-sponsors of the bill didn't know was attached to it because they didn't bother to read it. They were getting enough hush money to look the other way. The video is on youtube check it out for yourself.

So our government has the facilities prepared to incarcerate us "We the People" and the head of the homeland security has the full authority to command it. He is the one the bill puts in charge of ordering the incarceration and then there is the site with the thousands of "coffin liners, (each will hold 4 bodies) which were moved right after Jessie & his crew were there. You think the citizens of Montana and Wisconsin are having a tough time now? Just Wait the shit hasn't even begun to hit the fan. The Wisconsin governor gave part of the plan away when he declared that he was prepared to use the National Guard on protestors, citizens of Wisconsin! The very people he was elected to represent. The people of Wisconsin should have his ass out of office so fast the paint wouldn't even be dry on the door yet. You don't threaten the very people that elected you to represent them!

Let me say that again, "You (elected officials) do not threaten the very people that voted you to represent them. The "War on Drugs" is designed to do exactly that target and incarcerate citizens that choose to exercise their constitutional freedoms and rights! The Government feels that they can pick and choose what rights and liberties we can have. People can burn our flag but you can't burn a joint? How about some common sense!! Please!!

Get our troops out of the foreign countries and take care of the terrorists and dictators here in our own country! The People's Republican Party has launched a strategy to give them total control of our country and they are starting with the states that have lower population centers for a good reason. It is easier to hide prisoners in the wide-open spaces than near large cities. Now there is no way they could lock up enough people once martial law is declared, that brings us back to the coffin-liners.

Remember Nazi Germany and the concentration camps. Yeah, they have to have some form of population control. This is perhaps even more evident given our countries current expanding prison system. They simply can't keep incarcerating people and house them. Beside the people, being incarcerated will be guilty of crimes against the state or a national security threat. Once the prison is full, they have to start deciding who to eliminate. Or maybe they just eliminate all the prisoners at one time with some virus like H1N1, who ever heard of a virus labeled like some government experiment? That would be the people doing government experiments.

Go ahead and kick back, take it easy. You're a law abiding citizen; Until your neighbor needs to cut a deal to reduce his prison time so he names you and a few others as dissidents or traitors or whatever and then your house is swarming with men wearing black and screaming at you and your children to get down and don't move. Then it is your family pet being shot for sport and amusement. It can happen to anyone, it could be happening right now!

Now the government is spying on everyone openly and with the new TSA technology, they can spy into your home whenever they want. You won't even know, until they come knocking down your door and hauling you away because you had something on your property that could possibly be used as a weapon or whatever other reason they decide. A lot of this technology used in the capacity of locating terrorist cells and preventing terror attacks sounds great but they are using it to incarcerate people that have nothing to do with terrorist acts or terrorists in general.

I would rather have my Liberty and personal freedom and take my chances in life than to let the government take my freedom in the name of national security or trying to keep me safe by incarcerating my family or me. One of our Revolutionaries back from the 1770's is quoted as stating, "Give me Liberty or Give me Death" I want to say it was Patrick Henry. I'll look it up later. My point is and it is an important point, "We the people", have let the Federal and even State Governing bodies get away with so many questionable legislative acts that it is hard to tell that we once actually had any freedom at all. Not to sound corny or like I'm some sociopath or homicidal maniac, but never have I felt those words ringing in my head more than during these past few years. The Republicans (I often refer to them as "The People's Republican Party) have enacted a great number of laws limiting our rights curtailing our freedoms. Under the auspices reign of "THE PEOPLE'S RUPUBLICAN PARTY" The citizens of the UNITED STATES have become a nation under siege from wit in where survival by evasion and deception and conformity under duress have replaced the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
