You can read my reply there also but it’s a bit buried under the 70 some odd comments that her post resulted in. Only one or two positive responses were amongst the entire slough of comments that readers left.

Now, in Eileen’s defense, she only has 2 other blog posts that I could find (I didn’t look real hard). If you’re going to start blogging, no reason not to jump in with both feet. Which she did. Bashing everyone isn’t a great way to start off but then again well, If you read it you know; if not then read it because it is to complicated to explain easily.

My Response to her comment:

1. Mr. Sutter did not send me or anyone else that I know of, to attack, belittle or otherwise harass you.
2. Kurt is an educated individual with a honest to God(that’s how you spell it) degree. Perhaps he is under educated in the areas you have chosen to focus your blog on.
3.Despite my education there are a great many fields in which my knowledge is lacking. That can be corrected, should I choose to take the time to do so.
4. I never said Jefferson was an atheist. I stated that not all of our founding fathers were Christians.
5 Their are many Abrahamic Religions. All worship God, no matter what name they give him (Allah, Yahweh, whatever) It’s still God.
6.The Constitution was a collaborative effort of many men. They all had differing beliefs and desires for what they wanted this Nation to become. the current police state we have developed into is revolting and against the very freedoms our founding father’s fought for.

7. Liberal Marxist Professors? really? I was raised “Better Dead than Red” and served as a U.S. Marine with the same ideals. Though I am more enlightened now as to the narrow minded agenda of those that would restrict our rights in the name of security. I assure you I am in favor of individual rights. Less Government BS and smaller Government.
8.We as Americans have the same rights as everyone else, unless your GLBT, then you still get discriminated against. Not because of anyone’s “lifestyle” choice; as I presume all humans prefer to maintain a human lifestyle. A persons sexual orientation is their own business and not a “lifestyle choice”, it is a portion of who they are, we need to accept it and move on with reality.
9.We all have the right to “Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.” To infringe upon that right is to deny everyone the same right. What consenting adults do is their business so long as no one is being hurt. Being offended by someone’s existence is not an infringement on your rights, you just have to learn to deal with people that are different from yourself. That is just life.
10. Wake up call, I don’t hate you, I don’t even know you, with the exception of the thread emanating form your original blog post. for you to claim that I “hate you” is a bit presumptuous don’t you think?

The Jewish people are not responsible for all the problems (if any at all) in the world.
The current situation of our economy isn’t Obama;s fault. He inherited the fall out from Reaganomics. Giving tax breaks to the rich for job creation. the single flaw, no company is going to hire people just because of a tax break there has to be a need that creates the position for someone to be hired to do the work fulfilling that need.
What is Obama’s fault is that all his attempts to counter the financial collapse involve adding more debt with out correcting the problem of reaganomics. I used to admire Reagan, not so much anymore. I don’t care if a person considers themselves to be Liberal or conservative. their personal views don’t count in public office. what counts in public office is the will of the people and our nations elected officials have forgotten or ignored that fact for decades and it is time for that to change.
you are correct in that we need patriots willing to force the federal government to operate within the constraints set up by our constitution and let the states get back to governing their respective states.

So in review, I don’t hate you. I’m not a Marxist. I consider myself to be more of a libertarian. Kurt didn’t tell me to come here and harass you.

I’d also like to know what the “false claims” I made were? Since I am a supporter for the repeal of Cannabis prohibition I keep it separate from my promoting of the Sons of Anarchy TV show out of respect for Kurt’s past challenges with drug abuse/use (I don’t consider Cannabis to be dangerous though).

Perhaps you should blog more, it seems to me that you have a lot of pent up aggression.

Eileen,
you sound a bit bitter and scorned. What happened? the networks didn't feel you had what it takes to be a show runner, so you're relegated to expressing your frustration via a blog. Which by the way you should know, that I would never have heard of much less read if not for Kurt Sutter.  I  have actually had the pleasure to meet and talk with Kurt and his wife.
His mind never seems to stop thinking of what to put into his show that the fans will appreciate and enjoy, hate and despise. That is his job! How much did you get paid for this blog bashing him? Your inflammatory and derogatory remarks are merely exposing your rant for what it is. some one pissed in your cheerios and you are taking it out on Kurt. He has admitted to the flaws & faults of his past.  No he isn't GOD, He's not our lord and master. He is however a master storyteller and he proves that every week on Tuesday night from August to December. The only disappointment I have incurred with watching his show is it's over way to soon. It's like an addictive substance and there is no escape until the series ends. I don't think any of the fans want to escape from this story.

We are of course all entitled to our opinions. I find your opinion to be full of half truths and speculation. That's my opinion.

‘Tis the Season to Be Jolly!

The Holiday Season is in full swing, I say that because many religions have holy days that are observed at this time of the year. Hanukah, Kwanza, Yule, Christmas and probably a slough of others that I don't know anything about, so in order to include everyone, I feel Happy Holidays is totally an acceptable salutation; since it denies no one's Religious Holy Days and expresses good will to everyone. Be honest isn't that what the spirit of the season is truly about? We all have our traditions and some have nothing to do with Religion. To say Happy Holidays to someone isn’t offensive if you don’t’ know what their beliefs are. For the people you know that follow a certain belief you should feel free to speak whichever salutation you think/know is appropriate.

Has anyone ever wondered why, it seems that only the Christians appear to be offended by allowing everyone a salutation that does not specifically deny their religious beliefs and customs? Many such customs and beliefs predate Christianity and yet all the holiday seasons fall in/around the same time of the year. So how is it that the celebrated birth of Jesus Christ happens to have arbitrarily been established in the middle of every other known religion’s holiday celebrations?

Spoken words are meaningless prattle as often as sincere sentiment. What you truly believe in your heart can never be put down by expressing your true sentiment. If Christmas is what you celebrate and you are among those that demand everyone accede to your religious beliefs and customs then everyone else has the same right to demand that you acknowledge their beliefs and customs accordingly. Common courtesy demands equality among people. Most Religions do not accept any form of equality except within the belief structure of their followers. Encouraging their followers to demand that everyone accept their belief structure and customary salutations is in actuality encouraging the spread of hate toward those who believe differently than any single religious faction. If promoting hate in a back-handed way such and being offend by a simple holiday greeting is acceptable in your religion then perhaps you should examine your religions foundation and what their actual belief structure is.

Really, it all comes down to control. Control of peoples personal actions, indoctrination of children (the same thing the occults do) to deny the beliefs of others while promoting their belief as the only one and true religion. Claiming to teach not to hate but that only applies to fellow believers of the same faith structure. If they can control your thoughts, they can control how you behave, how you live, how you teach your children and how you treat those that are different from yourself and your fellow believers.

What the U.S. Federal Government thinks of “We the People”

 

A total of Eight petitions knocked out in one fell swoop. It doesn’t matter that while not identical they all attempted to put a harness on the Federal Government’s special cash cow. That would be the war on drugs. More Specifically the war on Marijuana. The DEA Allocates nearly 75% of their general budget to Marijuana busts. The DEA can’t allow we the people to force them to legalize it or repeal prohibition to be more specific.

I think It’s time for everyone to look at what is happening in the U.S. today. The Government is maintaining their ideology and agenda by means of force until election time and then who  ever gets voted in then will try to undo what Obama has done and We the people will continue to foot the bill for the draconian policies of both the Democrats and the Republicans.

The fact that Obama blew of eight separate petitions with out regard for their exact content and reason for being. The position of Drug Czar is a contradiction to the very sentiment that our Constitution is founded on. Freedom, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Our federal Government, Many state, County and Municipal governing bodies no longer stand for what this Nations is supposed to stand for.

“Liberty and Justice for all”

Not liberty and justice for those who can buy it behind closed doors. The impeachment of The sitting President is long over do. His policies and lack of judgment have driven the nation into financial collapse. cessation is being spoken quietly in some states and more openly in others. If the Union is to fall, Let the removal from office of Obama precede the disintegration of the United States of America.

When the President took office, he directed all of his policymakers to develop policies based on science and research, not ideology or politics. So our concern about marijuana is based on what the science tells us about the drug's effects.

According to scientists at the National Institutes of Health- the world's largest source of drug abuse research - marijuana use is associated with addiction, respiratory disease, and cognitive impairment. We know from an array of treatment admission information and Federal data that marijuana use is a significant source for voluntary drug treatment admissions and visits to emergency rooms. Studies also reveal that marijuana potency has almost tripled over the past 20 years, raising serious concerns about what this means for public health – especially among young people who use the drug because research shows their brains continue to develop well into their 20's. Simply put, it is not a benign drug.

Like many, we are interested in the potential marijuana may have in providing relief to individuals diagnosed with certain serious illnesses. That is why we ardently support ongoing research into determining what components of the marijuana plant can be used as medicine. To date, however, neither the FDA nor the Institute of Medicine have found smoked marijuana to meet the modern standard for safe or effective medicine for any condition.

As a former police chief, I recognize we are not going to arrest our way out of the problem. We also recognize that legalizing marijuana would not provide the answer to any of the health, social, youth education, criminal justice, and community quality of life challenges associated with drug use.

Going to LA!!!

Hey Sons of Anarchy Fans,

I didn’t realize Kurt was announcing the contest winners Sunday. We were at my sister’s celebrating my son’s birthday (he’s 5 now) and I was telling everyone about the challenge for Sons of Anarchy.

Seriously, though, I wanted to say something here on my blog for all the fans that aren't on #twitter.

Pimping #SonsofAnarchy and @sutterink has been, and will continue to be a blast. I know there are a lot of fans jumping on the M.C. Pony Express since 101 The Sons of Anarchy Series Premier! All with good reason, The Sons of Anarchy is the greatest dramatic production in the history of television. I made a statement to that effect several times, well before @sutterink (Kurt Sutter) ever replied to me on #twitter.

I was always conscious of the fact that he could at any time say, “HEY, stop your shit! You fucking cunt!” When I decided to hit #twitter, I decided I would go as hard as I could and as far as @sutterink would let me, lol. I don’t really have much of a filter and I trip myself up quite often. So, I’m a bit self-conscious about what I say usually. Not getting hammered for “spam” was a secondary concern. I thought about starting up a disposable acct just for promoting @sutterink and #SonsofAnarchy, just in case. I opted to continue using my original #twitter acct @Twisted_Shadow. I never really tweeted much before SAMCRO anyway so what the heck.

Pissing off @sutterink was the one thing that would have crushed me. I’ve never met the man in person, any of the cast or crew (to the best of my knowledge). I had only ever heard of Katey Sagal (I enjoyed Married with children a great deal) and Ron Perleman (my mom was/is a huge beauty and the beast fan). Why would he getting mad at me be a potential emotionally crushing incident? Well, Sons is his show. I try to treat my online interaction as I would real life. It may be just words on the monitor to some people but there is still a person on the other end of every post, tweet, what have you.

At first I was like a madman, perhaps even a bit psychotic in my approach. I typed every single tweet I posted. I downloaded #tweetdeck and set up the columns so I could see anything I thought that might help. I ended up with four columns, as my basic #tweetdeck feed and I would add additional columns as needed to keep up with other things that might help. I rarely ever checked direct messages because that only works when someone I follow is following me back. I do try to remember to check my DM’s every couple of days now.

I think I had less than 100 tweets when I started pimping #SAMCRO and @sutterink. Season three brought me some challenges because apparently while I didn’t get slapped with a skateboard for spam I did experience quite a few error messages. Which meant I had to switch my system up to get around the (what I called) blocks preventing me from tweeting the way I had been before. I didn’t use any sneaky tech programs or use one of those things where you pay them and they get followers for you (I’m a cheap bastard in most things). I had to get a bit more creative.

My entire philosophy for pimping #SAMCRO and @sutterink depended completely on reaching as many potential fans/followers in a single tweet. Once I had done that it was up to the new followers to add a few friends/co-workers to the bunch and they begin adding more friends. Simply tweeting “@sutterink, #sonsofanarchy, #SAMCRO and #SOA would only reach tweeps watching for those #hashtags. So unfortunately, for many people trying to help get the message out, it didn’t go very far. Once I realized this, I fought with myself over how to reach as many tweeps as possible. I had to stop thinking about it in order to come up with a solution. This is not something I normally do. Look at the number of followers for @Twisted_Shadow. Last Saturday or so I had a little over 200 (I think). I just checked I have like 375, that is a huge jump, for me lol. I’ve had this twitter acct for a several years now. I just never really tweeted much before Sons of Anarchy. I’m still under 9,000 tweets and Kurt has over 56.5K followers on @sutterink!

Believe me, #SAMCRO fans come from all walks of life. I found fans in some very unlikely places. Well, unlikely for me. I can’t say for sure how effective my efforts really were because quite frankly I never tried to track at what I did. I looked at how many followers @sutterink had gained and began tweeting that also. Sure enough every time I posted a tweet with how many followers Kurt had, I could go back and check a few minutes later and see another hundred, 200 or so more followers. I think one night during season 2 we (all the tweeps pimpin’) got a little over 1.2K followers for @sutterink.

Here we fans are settling in to watch 402 and I still wonder what is it about the show that drives us fans to practically drag people in front of a TV and say “watch, just watch for a minute.” Boom, they’re hooked. I can break down what I did in a simple easy to follow formula (for lack of a better word). I tell 3 people and get them to tell 3 people and those nine to each tell 3 people. ROFLMAO. To some of you that will sound very familiar, if you’ve ever been approached by an Amway salesman (or anyone selling a system like it). That is how they break down the system. I guess it really does work if you are pimping something people really want. Only instead of reaching 3 people, I needed to reach thousands. I do know of one celebrity for sure that started following @sutterink because of my tweeting to her. When she tweeted that she was now following @sutterink, I was ecstatic.

Once I figured out how to do what I wanted to do in a more effective manner I was rolling. Later I figured how I could pimp more effectively and not have to sit at the computer for long periods of time. LOL this isn’t actually funny but I came up with the concept after I injured my back and it freaking hurt to sit, stand and especially lay down. I could barely lift a nearly empty plastic cup much less having anything in it. That was agony. I think I did miss a few days tweeting for a short time. I’ve gotten used to it for the most part. Anyone that has ever messed up their back can tell you, it effing sucks. Sometimes it felt like a knife and other times it would feel like it was on fire.

Ahhh, started drifting, LOL. I do that now and then.

Being chosen for this opportunity is as much thanks to all the fans that jumped on the M.C. Pony Express and followed @sutterink on twitter and the Blog. I wouldn’t be having this opportunity if no one had begun following Kurt. I wish everyone could go on the trip.

I have a friend in Australia (thanks to #SOA) She’s a Huge #SAMCRO fan. and has been helping spread the word down under. It would crack me up because she always wrote: S.A.M.C.R.O but now the #hashtags have caught on almost everyone uses #sonsofanarchy rather than #SAMCRO. Personally, I like #SAMCRO. The Aussies’ are a season behind us in the states for some reason. FX, I expect that to be fixed, with worldwide satellite capabilities Sons of Anarchy should be able to be viewed worldwide on Tuesday’s; Wednesday night’s beyond the international date line (and I’m only partially saying that because she’s hot! I hope she doesn’t read this, lol. I would not want to embarrass her.) Then all the fans can discuss/chat about the episodes the next day essentially. Especially for our troops overseas, it is a very small contribution to ask in return for what the men and women in the Armed Forces do all too often without regard for their own safety during a time of war.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped watching the previews for the next episode of #SAMCRO. I have found that I enjoy the anticipation of what will come more than teasing myself with the previews. I guess for that reason I tend not to participate in the fan sites much. I dislike spoilers only slightly less than Musicals! *cough* Glee *cough*...

That’s another sticky point with me! In what fucking Universe does cancelling Terrier’s and Chicago Code, while Glee is renewed, make a bit of sense? It’s almost enough to make me freaking puke! I guess that’s why I’m not a Network Exec. LOL Drifting again but, gotta finish it now. WTF do NBC Exec’s think they are doing? Their lineup sucks year after year and any good shows they could have had they passed on or canned and put more crap on. Can NBC survive much longer?

This started as a simple thank you to all the fans of #SonsofAnarchy and @sutterink for making this trip possible. Sometimes it’s difficult to express how you really feel just saying thanks everyone doesn’t seem enough. Yeah I know, a three page (on Microsoft word) blog post might be a bit much. Law Enforcement Officers in the United States use the slogan "to Protect and Serve". Now, to me that used mean they are on the streets to protect Citizens from dangerous criminals and serve to keep the peace. Pretty much ensure no one is infringing upon anyone's rights. Ever Since Richard Nixon Declared a "war on Drugs" that slogan has quickly turned to "protecting themselves and serving the Politicians. Our Judicial System has turned from innocent until proven guilty to pre-trial/pre-arrest court sanctioned Assassination/execution. Even if you are only under investigation; you could be the victim of a "Court Sanctioned Assassination" as the final scene of this youtube video shows. A fellow Marine shot down in what can only be a cold-blooded, Court Sanctioned Assassination. The Cops weren't trying to arrest anyone, the Marine supposedly "may have had" evidence which pertained to an on-going investigation. I have yet to receive any replies from any elected of our "Elected Officials concerning the assassinated Marine, up to and including the President of the United States.

Tell Obama what you think and how you feel about the Federal Budget game our elected officials are playing! I did and the following is what I said:

 

If you cut all the pet projects, All expense accounts & gov jets. Bring the troops home, We should be done in the middle east by now. End the war on drugs. You said to treat it as a health problem and then up the budget for law enforcement to crack down on sick and disabled patients and eliminate their only access. So eliminate NIDA, they add nothig to the nation. They don't need a huge budget to lie about Cannabis, get real! The DEA can be put into border patrol and investigate smuggling rather than raiding dispensaries. REPEAL OBAMACARE! Force the GOP to end their tax breaks and other give aways to corporations! A 25% pay cut for all elected federal officials. Cancel the pension plan and let them draw SSI like the rest of us and see how they like trying to make ends meet on $900.00 a month! Get a more realistic understanding of what "We the People" are experiencing and you would get more support from the people that are about to vote you out of office!

Governor of Montana Sells out the sick & disabled to The People's Republican Party!!

     Montana's Governor rolls over for a belly rub from the People's Republican Party of Montana. The PRPOM has wasted the entire session trying to ursurp the will of the Voters in Montana! Finally The governor either couldn't stand the pressure of opposing them or they made him an offer he couldn't refuse!
     The People's Republican Party want to cut the number of eligable Medical Cannabis users to 2,000 or less! The other 28,000 I believe have the option of going somewhere far away so the elected officials don't have to be bothered with them or paying tribute to the drug manufacturers by buying expensive medications that often are complicated by side effects that people eventually opt to suffer in silence rather than give away their money and still suffer.
     It's not right the Citizens of Montana voted the proposition into law and that's the only way any reforms should be done! I feel for the sick and disabled that are about to be forced to leave the state or resort to the black market to find relief for the ailments they were treating with Cannabis!
     Governor Sweitzer has taken the next step in Handing control of the state over to The People's Republican Party  and the first communist state in the US! Freedom and Liberty are lost ideals and concepts to the Montana Governing bodies!

The DEA and State Attorney Generals running smash & grab scams on Medical cannabis growers/users

The DEA and certain State Attorney General’s have been running smash & grab raids on Medical Cannabis growers and dispensaries. The rush in like a bunch of thugs take all the money, the expensive grow equipment and the plants. These broad based and vague warrants they are using to justify breaching the citizens right to due process and destroying property with out properly charging and convicting anyone. It is written specifically in the “Bill of Rights” of the “US Constitution” they can’t break down the door and assault and terrorize everyone! It is spelled out in our constitution! Why is this being allowed? How much of what they confiscate is actually being destroyed or sold on craigslist. What is being done with the money they are stealing?

Mexico has these supposedly ruthless Drug Cartels Here in the US it’s the DEA. At least Mexico tries to differentiate between the murderous drug cartels and the police/Army. I am in no way downplaying the severity of the situation in Mexico, In fact every death since Leonhart has been acting head of the DEA until now is on her head! She thinks the body count is proof that the DEA is winning. Winning what? martial law for all states? stripping the Bill of rights from our constitution? What is the DEA’s real objective?

Here in the US the Government just gives them a badge and looks the other way. They have raided the wrong houses killed unarmed people, shot children and slaughtered family pets for sport! ridiculed their victims! The DEA is not a law enforcement agency, they are a government sanctioned terrorist organization and are also being used in foreign countries to help militant dictators retain power.

Yeah, the videos are on you-tube. I guess the government wants to leave them up there so everyone that sees them will be afraid of law enforcement officers. Our governing bodies are resorting to totalitarian environment to attempt to repress our freedom.

The worst part of it is, we the people are paying them to subjugate us! Yean we pay taxes and our governing bodies ignore what the people want in favor of what they (the elected officials) want us to have. It is really supposed to be we get what we want (our freedom) and the elected official get a 50% pay cut, NO Expense accounts, NO government car unless required by your position! No personal jet except in times of emergency and then only for which ever official is taking over whatever position. Any Airline could have a plane ready to go at any major airport, if it’s a national emergency get them where they need to be. Flying back and forth to their home state, fly commercial on your own tab!

Could Cannabis have saved the life of your child/parent or other close relative?

Recently several medical reports have become public thanks to the patients and the parent of patients that are determined to let everyone know that Cannabis has the potential to cure certain types of cancers!

So my question is, now that you know Cannabis could potentially heal your loved one, who happens to be suffering from cancer and the crippling side effects of chemotherapy, Do you still think it should be a banned substance?

What about all of you that have had family & friends lose the battle with cancer, on to find out now that the government has known about the potential of cannabis in curing cancer and the kept up their cover-up of Cannabis properties. Our own government has been waging a war against drugs although they spend the majority of their budget on Cannabis eradication. The DEA allocates 75% of their budget to bust cannabis users. Especially in states that have medical cannabis legislation approved by law.

So our fellow Americans are being tortured with conventional cancer treatments; while the government sits back and spews the same garbage they have since the 1970’s. The whole time watching as families are bankrupt trying to pay for the medical treatments and procedures, watching while families lose everything in the attempt to save their child or other relative while the Governing Bodies of the US have been sitting on the potential cure or at the very least something that would ease the suffering of most if not all cancer patients. The governing officials let your family and friends suffer and die because the special interest groups paid them to keep it illegal. The drug manufacturers paid the government to keep it illegal until such a time as they could develop an effective preparation of Cannabis that they could patent and maintain exclusive rights to the substance and bleed Americans dry for the privilege of using it to treat their loved ones. The Oil companies want to keep Hemp illegal because its development would signal and end to the nations dependence on foreign oil, any oil would be out performed from hemp seed oil!

These are not the actions of a free people being represented by unbiased officials. this is a nation under siege by corrupt politicians!!

We the People of the United States of America are under police rule of a government that is bent on increasing the laws limiting our freedom and granting themselves ever expanding power to advance their corrupt policies!

If you like the way our government is abusing their powers then do nothing, you will most likely be among the last to be imprisoned.

If you, like me are tired of the government officials taking advantage of the people and trying to micromanage our freedom then the time to stand up and do something has passed you by. You can however stand up now and declare your intention to remain a free citizen without the government interference in our everyday lives! WE THE PEOPLE decide the laws of this nation not the special interest groups!

The time to advance our peaceful movement to another level. Still peaceful yet more vocal! Write your elected officials, state and federal! All of them the President, the Governor, all the state and federal representatives and senators! You can also write to your state pharmacy board and request that they reschedule Cannabis to a class II or better.

Write your statement and save it to a file then just copy & paste it everyday into a new message to your officials! We need them to get the message in a respectable manner in order for them to listen to us!

We are a nation built from the ashes of a bloody revolution! While we are capable of forming such an event again it is not in our best interests; The DEA is shedding enough blood for the time being.

Peaceful yet vocal until such a time as our elected officials have proven that they are corrupt beyond redemption. then we will pursue other legal venues to remove them from office!
