Lindy: "No Knock Raid" - A song about the drug war's deadliest tactic.‬‏ - YouTube

Law Enforcement Officers in the United States use the slogan "to Protect and Serve". Now, to me that used mean they are on the streets to protect Citizens from dangerous criminals and serve to keep the peace. Pretty much ensure no one is infringing upon anyone's rights. Ever Since Richard Nixon Declared a "war on Drugs" that slogan has quickly turned to "protecting themselves and serving the Politicians. Our Judicial System has turned from innocent until proven guilty to pre-trial/pre-arrest court sanctioned Assassination/execution. Even if you are only under investigation; you could be the victim of a "Court Sanctioned Assassination" as the final scene of this youtube video shows. A fellow Marine shot down in what can only be a cold-blooded, Court Sanctioned Assassination. The Cops weren't trying to arrest anyone, the Marine supposedly "may have had" evidence which pertained to an on-going investigation. I have yet to receive any replies from any elected of our "Elected Officials concerning the assassinated Marine, up to and including the President of the United States.

Contact the White House!

Tell Obama what you think and how you feel about the Federal Budget game our elected officials are playing! I did and the following is what I said:

If you cut all the pet projects, All expense accounts & gov jets. Bring the troops home, We should be done in the middle east by now. End the war on drugs. You said to treat it as a health problem and then up the budget for law enforcement to crack down on sick and disabled patients and eliminate their only access. So eliminate NIDA, they add nothig to the nation. They don't need a huge budget to lie about Cannabis, get real! The DEA can be put into border patrol and investigate smuggling rather than raiding dispensaries. REPEAL OBAMACARE! Force the GOP to end their tax breaks and other give aways to corporations! A 25% pay cut for all elected federal officials. Cancel the pension plan and let them draw SSI like the rest of us and see how they like trying to make ends meet on $900.00 a month! Get a more realistic understanding of what "We the People" are experiencing and you would get more support from the people that are about to vote you out of office!

Long Time, No Blog…

It seems forever since I last added to my blog. Days fly by as if I am a bystander watching everyone else; other days seem the opposite. Patience, it would seem that I have none and yet most of the things I am doing on a daily basis require it. There are days where I have felt that I would be swept away, as if in the rapids of a river and unable to drown; only watch as I am thrust along with the water streaming past rocks and limbs caught up in the current. It's not as though I do not have days where things go well or I feel a reasonable sense of accomplishment. I seldom have days where I feel a greater sense of accomplishment.

Back in grade school, in fourth or fifth grade, we had an assignment, answer the following question: "If I ruled the world…". What does a nine or 10-year-old child answer to that? I always said I did not know what to say in response to the question. As near, as I can remember those types of questions I could have written pages upon pages in response to it. The problem is that my mind would race so fast I couldn't always focus long enough to stick to the topic and somewhere along the way, I would get sidetracked; my mind would wander into what I suppose most would call "their happy place." The difficulty in that is the assignment was forgotten and my page usually still blank when time was up.

To this day, I still have that problem. I really do love to write. Getting my mind to slow down long enough to stay on topic is the hard part. I think that's part of what I like about this blogging experience. I can bounce around and let my mind take me to the limits of my imagination and back again. I suppose it's a good thing no one really reads my blog/s I actually have several if you count notes in facebook, which occasionally are posted to my blog, not always but occasionally I come across something that I just want to post in both places.

I think my writing ability is driven by my emotions. What I mean by that is this; I need to be on an emotional extreme in order to write effectively. I need to let an emotional state consume me whether anger, ecstasy, sadness or bewilderment for some examples. It doesn't make sense to me but then again many things do not. I just accept them as a part of life eventually. Those seem to be when I can focus the most.

Depression is not conducive to writing at all. That seems to be a huge obstacle for me, unless I want to write about depression. That is just depressing in its self. I see the damned advertisements for anti-depressants on TV and god they are mother freaking depressing! I mean who wants to sit and watch a bunch of people showing how depression looks. I could look in the mirror if I wanted that. It doesn't really impress upon me the effectiveness of the medication they are hawking.

BORING!!! Just like this blog post. I usually delete these but this one I am going to post just for the heck of it. This is truly an odd moment as I feel the need to write something, anything. Just tapping random keys on the keyboard would suffice.

I can remember feeling each day when I was a kid not for something good to happen but just for nothing to go wrong. I do not remember many specific days where I felt that way just that left over feeling that seems to overshadow my memories. I do remember too many days where things did go wrong. How could I have ever held on to the thought that things would work out or what ever. I was so naive and gullible. I used to trust people and I learned that was one of my biggest mistakes. Who gets their kicks out of conning people into doing something that is designed to make them look like an idiot or a fool? I honestly hop that there is a special hell for people that get their kicks out of bullying people.

The well of inspiration is drying up. I just caught myself daydreaming rather than writing. So, this is the end of this blog post. Maybe I can find a way to shift my moods away from the Dark side, though they do have cookies.

THV Cabot Community: Authorities seize 8 marijuana plants

http://cabot.todaysthv.com/news/news/thv-cabot-community-authorities-seize-8-marijuana-plants/67606

16 states have recognized the Medicinal properties of Cannabis. It has no business being a schedule 1 substance under the federal controlled substances act. Right now Arkansans for compassionate care are gathering signatures for a ballot initiative for Arkansas citizens to vote on in the 2012 election. At least 5 states are considering decriminalizing or legalizing Cannabis. Prohibition is a crime against nature and God. Prohibition was started as a means of controlling minorities by racist politicians and Corporate interests. Not one single shred of evidence was used in the hearing that resulted in prohibition. the truth is out the corruption has been exposed Governing bodies maintain prohibition to control the citizens expressing their right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Alcohol has killed hundreds of thousands, even aspirin has killed. Cannabis, not one single recorded death is the result of an overdose. FDA approved drugs have killed and are still killing and disabling Americans but that's ok the “death in a bottle” is approved by the FDA. Hemp doesn't even contain but a very minute trace of THC and yet it is illegal because it is a dangerous drug??? The only thing dangerous about Cannabis is the no knock raids which have become little more that court sanctioned assassination! It's time to end prohibition Tell Arkansas legislators to support HR2306 the act to end federal prohibition of Marijuana

Casey Anthony, Not Guilty

This woman was convicted by the media portrayal for ratings. The media used her as a focal point to get people mad about child abuse, which we all should take seriously. That doesn't mean she really killed her daughter and it makes the media a bunch of shitheads for using the murder of a little girl for ratings just like Jon-Benet Ramsey's murder. Her dad found her in the basement during a search he shouldn't have been involved in to begin with. I haven't followed the Anthony case except for what my wife has mentioned. I watched today because my wife wanted to see the verdict. The HLN channel is the one she had on and those idiot reporters had this woman on death row before a verdict was even announced. Whether she really did it or not; She will have to live with the fact that her daughter is dead and she will go on living and having to face public scrutiny and possible death threats from people that only know what the media presented to the viewers. If you weren't in the courtroom and didn't hear the actual testimonies given you really can't make an educated guess about whether the verdict was correct or not. For the reporters that covered the story for HLN, Kurt Sutter has a word for people like them. starts with a "C" ends with a "T" and I agree in this case the women that were covering the verdict (at least) on the HLN channel are most definitely the epitome of that word and I don't mean in a nice way either.

Were any of you in court for the entire trial? did any of you hear all of the testimonies everyday? if not then all you saw was what the media chose to show and the media had her convicted and on death row before the Jury ever stepped out to deliberate. Is that how you want your trial to be held? convicted my the media before the trial even finishes? So you admit that you enjoy living in a police state where everyone is convicted before they go to trial. Anyone could be next. The US has the prison for profit Corporations to keep afloat. In this economy the Prosecutors that lose a case could wind up unemployed for not supporting the prison corporations.
How many of you are willing to put what's left of your freedom and Liberties not to mention risk their life for the verdict everyone thinks should have be given rather than a verdict based upon the true facts? 12 very different individuals that know more about this case than anyone watching it on the TV said "not guilty" for 3 criminal counts and 4 guilty verdicts on lying to cops. How many of you have "NEVER LIED" to a cop or anyone else?  If she had been honest up front there might not have even been a trial and the real killer would have been caught. Maybe or maybe not we may never know what really happened. The mom knows the truth and she will spend the rest of her life being hounded by everyone that thinks they know better than the 12 jurors that acquitted her of the 3 more serious charges.
